Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. The shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout, as well as your delivery address.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free standard shipping. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Delivery times for international orders may take between 7-21 business days.
Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products may not be available for shipping to all locations due to restrictions in place by the carrier or local regulations.

International Shipping

  • Delivery to any country, apart from India, will cost additional $30 Charge and relative shipping time based on the region.
  • Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order
  • Any custom charges, tariff or VAT has to be borne by the customer
    We cater to USA, Canada, Australia, European Countries, UAE, and many other countries across the world.
  • Our delivery partners are DHL/Fedex, Blue Dart,  I think logistics and other aggregators, who help us cater to countries apart from India.
  • From 1st July 2021, VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers.
  • Orders are delivered within 8-10 working days, from the dispatch date. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications/changes in the shipping address, kindly drop us a mail at help@akuteehome.com within 3 hours, of placing order.
  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the courier service/shipping agency will be shared via email. Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the courier agency’s/shipping agency’s website.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • No refunds will be entertained in case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details.
  • Akutee is not liable for any damages during the course of shipping.


Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team at [email address or phone number] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier or reshipping your items.

Address Changes Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
