Refund Policy
- Refund is  applicable for delivery of damaged goods from Akutee, where Akutee is not liable for shipping damages
- Refund is  applicable if the refund request is raised within 3-4 days from the order delivery date
- Refund is applicable if refund is claimed before dispatch of goods. Customised goods will not be refunded
- In case of a successful Refund claim, the amount will be credited back to the source of transaction
- In case of a successful refund claim, the amount will be credited back to its source within 15 days from the date of refund.
- Akutee is not liable for damaged goods in shipping, hence not suitable for a refund
- In case of damaged goods, refund will only be processed after confirmation of quality and assurance team of Akutee
- In case of returns, the refund will only be processed after we received the goods back at our custody and can be verified for no damages. Akutee will reserve the right to uphold full or partial amounts in case of damages.

Quality Assurance
Akutee is committed to delivering products that are free from defects, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
We do not assume ownership of returned items unless they are received and accepted by Akutee.

Return Eligibility
Eligible Conditions: Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, have manufacturing defects, Fit-related concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Akutee's sole discretion.
Reporting Period: Defective, damaged, or ill-fitting items must be reported to Akutee within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims made after this period will not be eligible for return

Important Considerations

Refund Eligibility: Akutee retains the exclusive right to determine the eligibility for refunds based on the specific circumstances of each case.

Steps for Return
Report Issue: Notify Akutee within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team.
Provide Details: Include detailed information about the defect, damage, or fit issue, along with any supporting photographs.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipment: Follow the provided instructions to return the item to Akutee. Ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped within the given timeframe.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 48-Hrs return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
